The entwined exterior has a plain gold base, while 22 pave set round cut diamonds to adorn the sides and the twisted top. A milgrain finish completes the look. The pendant is held on an 18-inch MR5 rope chain both of which are framed in 10 karat white gold. The total diamond weight is 1/10 ctw.
